Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moss & Meadow. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with love, and we are committed to getting your items to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During product launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout. Moss & Meadow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@mossnmeadow.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Moss & Meadow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are always happy to assist you in locating your package if needed.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you.
