Return & Exchange Policy
At Moss & Meadow, we take great pride in creating thoughtfully designed, high-quality bamboo sleepwear for your little ones. We hope you absolutely love your purchase. Because each piece is carefully produced in limited quantities, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky, and we are happy to help ensure the perfect fit.
If you need to return an item, you may request one of the following:

Exchange for a different size of the same item (subject to availability), or

Store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the value of the returned item
Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future Moss & Meadow purchase.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must:

Be requested for return within 14 days of delivery

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Be in original condition with all tags attached

Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items

Final clearance or marked final sale items (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mossnmeadow.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to exchange or return

Your requested new size (if applicable)
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
